July 2020

As Summer suns begin to provide their warm light, we are entering a new world of rebuilding our beloved industry. While these days seem challenging, the future is bright with hope, inspiration and endless possibilities. 2020 will not be a year that will be forgotten, even thought I’m sure that some of us wish we could. It will be a year of change, progression and evolution, are you ready to embrace the new landscape?

Our July Issue starts with an insightful and informative article by our good friends at Avoya Travel Network which dives into the support that a true partner can offer. From support, technology and sales enhancing programs, Avoya Travel Network continues to provide the tools that fuel Travel Professionals’ success as a Host Travel Agency.

We then joined by Megan Moncrief of Tin Leg Travel Insurance for a fantastic and positive look into what role Travel Insurance will play as the world begins to start moving once again. Next, Mary Pat Sullivan shares some motivation to get CruiseWorld, happening in Miami, Florida this November 11-13, 2020 on your schedule. Not only does this fantastic show provide unique opportunities to connect with our industry, but an abundant of educational opportunities.

Michelle Fee of Cruise Planners shares some insightful information regarding the power of company culture, especially in challenging times and the truth is hard hitting, especially with the events that have unfolded so far this year. We then join Geoff Millar for a final report of the Iberostar All Inclusive Resorts located throughout the world.

Through these pages, you’ll find tools and information to not only educate and inform, but also to inspire and grow. We truly appreciate you spending some time in our July 2020 Issue and thank you for being the best part of TravelProfessional NEWS.

Be safe, kind and bold.
